Andy PARKINSON - club skipper, scored in his own words, a lefted footed screamer from the edge of the box on his debut for GB Police in their 2-0 victory of Partick Thistle.

PARKY has surely played his way into contention for the Police Euro Qualifiers later this year.    

 In the battle of the Emergency Services, the Police came out on top, with Nic BENNETT opening the scoring after ten mins with a dink over the keeper. The second came from an OG, the defender slicing a right wing cross into his own net.

Second half saw Mike ELKIN punish a short back pass by rounding the keeper and firing home into an empty net.

Two final goals saw PARKY and then Steve "the weeman" COLLINS fire in free kicks both flying past the keeper from the right and left hand sides respectivley.
